Returns & Exchanges

We are confident in the quality of Musafeer products, but if something doesn’t fit, you can return or exchange it.

Return policy:

•Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

•Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

•Accessories and underwear are non-returnable.

How to return:

1.Contact us (email / WhatsApp / Instagram DM).

2.Provide your order number.

3.We’ll send you the instructions.

Return costs:

•If returned due to customer’s choice — shipping costs are covered by the customer.

•If the item is defective or shipped incorrectly — we cover all costs.

Exchange: available for another size or model if in stock.
